3-Ingredient Flatbread
Ingredients
- 200g self-raising flour
- 200g Greek yoghurt
- ½ tsp salt
Optional:
- Olive oil or butter for cooking
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
- Add the Greek yoghurt.
- Stir until a soft dough forms.
- Turn onto a lightly floured surface.
- Knead briefly until smooth (about 1 minute).
- Divide the dough into 4 pieces.
- Roll each piece into a thin circle.
Cooking
- Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Place the flatbread into the dry pan.
- Cook for 1–2 minutes per side until golden spots appear.
Notes
- Brush with garlic butter for instant garlic flatbread.
- Great for wraps, dipping, or serving with curries.
- Dough can be made slightly wetter or drier by adjusting flour.
