Garlic Butter in 30 Seconds
Ingredients
- 50g butter (softened)
- 1 clove garlic (finely minced or grated)
- Pinch of salt
Optional:
- Black pepper
- Chopped parsley
- Squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions
- Place the soft butter in a small bowl.
- Add the minced garlic and salt.
- Mix together with a fork until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Ways to Use
- Spread on toast or fresh bread.
- Melt over steak or chicken.
- Toss with pasta.
- Brush over flatbreads or garlic bread.
Notes
- For stronger flavour, let it sit 10–15 minutes before using.
- Can be stored in the fridge for 3–4 days.
- Also freezes well if rolled into a small butter log.
