# 3-Ingredient Flatbread ## Ingredients - 200g self-raising flour - 200g Greek yoghurt - ½ tsp salt Optional: - Olive oil or butter for cooking ## Instructions 1. In a bowl, mix **flour and salt**. 2. Add the **Greek yoghurt**. 3. Stir until a soft dough forms. 4. Turn onto a lightly floured surface. 5. Knead briefly until smooth (about **1 minute**). 6. Divide the dough into **4 pieces**. 7. Roll each piece into a thin circle. ## Cooking 8. Heat a frying pan over **medium-high heat**. 9. Place the flatbread into the dry pan. 10.
