# Simple Oyster Stir-Fry Sauce ## Ingredients - 2 tbsp oyster sauce - 1 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tsp sesame oil - 1 tsp sugar - 2 tbsp water or chicken stock - 1 tsp cornflour Optional: - 1 clove garlic (minced) - 1 tsp grated ginger - Chilli flakes ## Instructions 1. In a small bowl mix **oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and water**. 2. Add the **cornflour** and stir until dissolved. ## Cooking 3. Heat a wok or frying pan over **high heat** with a little oil. 4. Cook your **meat or vegetables** first. 5. Add garlic or ginger if using and cook for **30 seconds**. 6. Pour the sauce into the pan. 7.
