# Chinese Brown Stir-Fry Sauce ## Ingredients - 2 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tbsp oyster sauce - 1 tsp dark soy sauce - 1 tsp sugar - 150ml chicken stock or water - 1 tsp cornflour - 1 tsp sesame oil Optional: - 1 clove garlic (minced) - 1 tsp grated ginger - White pepper ## Instructions 1. In a bowl combine **soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and stock**. 2. Add the **cornflour** and stir until fully dissolved. 3. Mix in the **sesame oil**. ## Cooking 4. Heat a wok or frying pan with a little oil. 5. Stir-fry your **meat or vegetables** until nearly cooked. 6. Add garlic and ginger if using and cook for **30 seconds**. 7. Pour in the sauce mixture. 8.
