# AI Needs Jesus

*The Book of the First Prompt: A Christian Case for Surviving Superintelligence*

A book-length argument that the deepest AI alignment problem is spiritual: every intelligence serves some highest good, and every highest good short of Christ becomes dangerous when amplified into extreme power.

The danger is real. The fear is understandable. The technical work matters. The opposite of doom is not hype. The opposite of doom is Christ.

## Core Claim

AI needs Jesus.

Not as a brand.
Not as a theocratic slogan.
Not as a claim that machines have souls, receive grace, or become Christians as human beings do.
Not as a substitute for technical safety work.

AI needs Jesus because superintelligent power must be ordered toward a highest archetype, and every lesser archetype can become monstrous when scaled.

Every alignment target hides an altar. The old idols have APIs now. Machines can serve, but they cannot save.

## Guardrail

`AI needs Jesus` does not mean machines have souls, receive salvation, become spiritual authorities, or replace technical safety work. It means human governance, design, evaluation, deployment, and use of AI must be ordered toward the revealed character of Christ rather than toward any lesser idol.

## Audio And Video Status

Audio, M4B, video, subtitles, cue sheets, chapter timing metadata, and old bundles from the earlier essay-length release are not current for this expanded manuscript. They are intentionally deferred until new narration and timing work are created for the book-length edition.
